Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original condition

Items must be returned in original packaging (if applicable)

Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Book Purchases
As a small author-run business, we appreciate your understanding that books cannot be returned once used.
Due to the nature of books, we only accept returns or issue refunds for books that arrive damaged or defective.
We do not accept returns for:

Books that have been read or used

Accidental purchases

Preference-based reasons (e.g., “I didn’t enjoy it”)
If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
