Processing Times
Orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume periods (such as holidays, sales, or new product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors (weather, holidays, etc.).
If your package is:

Damaged: Email us within 30 of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, your order may already be in processing.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in Galax, Carroll County, Virginia. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup along with instructions.
